Husets interiör snart på plats!
The interiors are almost in place

Nu börjar det hända saker på insidan. Köket är på väg upp, badrummen är kaklade och möblerna monterade. Huset har fått en trappa och innerdörrarna är monterade. Nu ser man nästan hur det kommer att se ut när det är klart.

Things are happening on the inside now. The kitchen is on it's way up, the bathrooms have tiles and the bathroom furniture is setup. There is a staircase to the upstairs and the rooms have doors. You can get a picture of what it's going to look like when it's done.

FTX-ventilationssystemet som byter ut all luft i huset på 2 timmar. Denna anläggning ser till att vi har bra luft och fördelar ut tillskottsvärme ifall det behövs. Även om huset värms passivt av oss som bor i huset och alla elektriska apparater som genererar värme så kan det behövas tillskott av värme på kalla vinterdagar. Denna värme kommer från områdets fjärrvärmecentral som eldas med pellets och solpaneler som ger extra värme.

The FTX-Ventilation system replaces all the air in the house within 2 hours. This system makes sure we have fresh air in the house and also adds heat to house when needed. Even though this is a passive house, where heat is generated by the people living inside and from the electrical appliances, there will be times when extra heat is needed on cold winter days. This heat is provided from the local heating plant in the area. The heating plant is fueled by wood pellets and solar panels.
